Visualize it from beginning to end. Some question that can help you figure out your perfect day:. Where are you? Are you at home? Living in a foreign country? What do you do the whole day? When do you wake up?

What do you eat for breakfast? What activities are you spending your time on? When do you go to bed? How does your perfect day feel at every moment?

When you are clear on your perfect day you are ready to visualize it. When it comes to reprograming your subconscious mind including feelings is crucial. Saying your positive affirmations and doing your visualizations while feeling what it feels like when your desires are already fulfilled will make them much more effective.

First, become clear on what you want. Second, ask yourself how you would feel like if your want was already fulfilled. Then, ask yourself if you can evoke the emotion.

In the beginning, it might be harder to evoke the emotion. But the more you do it the easier it will get. Keeping up the emotion requires some focus. For instance, you are doing visualizations and realize that the positive emotion loses intensity. Often the reason for this is that you are losing concentration. Hence, you can see this not only as subconscious reprogramming but also practice for focus. Sharp focus can come in handy in many areas of your life.

Another great visualization technique is to do a practice run. Pay attention to the feeling you get in the car. What the interior looks like and how your hands feel gripping the wheel. Pay attention to all aspects of your driving experience. When you see that car on your vision board you'll be able to recreate those feelings. This can be done with most anything. Visualize yourself with your amazing partner or living in your dream home or driving your new car. This part is usually overlooked because of the crazy busy lives we lead.

Unfortunately, without focused attention, life tends to happen to us instead of us controlling it. Meditation is a simple and powerful way to calm our mind and to become conscious of our thoughts. When we block out all external distractions we are able to achieve more clarity and peace. The easiest way to get into a meditative state is through breathing. You want to be in a comfortable position with no outside distractions and close your eyes.

Only pay attention to your breathing going in and out. As you breathe deeper your mind begins to slow down. At first, your thoughts might wander but keep bringing them back to your breath. As your breath deepens, start to visualize what your perfect day would look like in detail.

As you practice this, then start imaging what your dream life would look like. The goods news is that you will feel better right away. You only need a few minutes a day to get the benefits.
