Frigidaire dehumidifier manual fdr25s1
Reduces bacteria, room odors and other airborne particles. Check Filter Light also lights when it's time to change your filter. When the collection bucket is full, the unit will shut down and the Bucket Full indicator light, located on the control panel, will illuminate. The red ball located in the bucket display allows you to see the actual level of water in the bucket, taking the guesswork out of when its time to change the bucket.
Continuous drain operation is possible when the unit is located near a suitable drain. To connect a hose, remove the bucket, lift the side flap, and insert the female threaded end of the hose through the flap opening.
Allows you to set the controls to your preference, while a convenient electronic readout displays your settings. Use this setting to continuously remove the humidity from the air until the relative humidity has declined to the desired comfort level. This is typically when sweating, dampness and odors have been removed. This light will illuminate after hours of operation. At this time the filter should be cleaned and removed. The Timer can start, stop and delay start every 30 minutes up to the first 10 hours.

Rolling coasters are nice too, and both the unit and the bucket have handy carry handles. Cons: The fan blows air to the rear, while the bucket empties from the front. You're supposed to set it with 12" clearance all around, but I'd want to have it a foot or two from a wall. However, then the air blows back against the wall. I'd rather it blow out to the side or front. If I turn it around to blow out into the room, I then must turn it back to empty the bucket. So I ended up just sitting it out in the middle of the room.
A minor annoyance. In fact, the instruction manual does say the air exits to the side. Obviously written for another model or past design, or just wrong.
The instructions aren't terribly clear about how it's supposed to shut off when reached set humidity, and it seems to have a delay doing that. I'll have to sort that out and report back if it's not operating like it's supposed to. The air it puts out is ever so slightly warm which is a great thing in this cool basement.
The whole room smells much better, and has a cozy dry feel, very noticeable improvement! Sold by: Newegg Shipped by Newegg.
